I was really excited about this product but when I opened it, noticed a long scratch towards the edge of one of the sides, very disappointing. Paid $150 for a defective shower head!Very good looking product but less than a year the shower head leaks at the ball joint. No way to tighten. The shower head is the reason I bought this product..... Do not see any product support offered.I've had this unit for about a year and the rain shower head leaks at the joint valve and the side of the head is so thin that it has started to leak at the edge and sprays out of the crack. I will try to see if the manufacturer will replace it. I seen other reviews with the same problem.It looks nice but broke in 6 monthsAlthough we had a plumber install it, it didn’t seem to take him too long. It made our shower look amazing. Love having a overhead shower and also a handheld one. The new remodel of our bathroom was complete with this purchase!Once im done installing,,I will let you know if I`m satisfiedthe shower head is great, we love it. When it was time to install it, there was a piece that was needed and it was missing. Tried to call Amazon and they had no contact number for Cobbe. They said that I would have to buy a new one and send the old one back. This was very frustrating. There was an email to Cobbe on the instruction packet, but it was a hotmail email which seems so shady. I emailed them 3 times and they NEVER responded. This is not how a company should operate. Both companies could have done so much better.This is a very nice simple design that works well. Includes the valve, shower head, faucet and much more. The 12x12 inch shower head is massive compared to other competitors out there. Water distributes evenly throughout the head which is great to see. Very balanced pressure. The nozzles are rubberized so it's easy to clean if ever your city has hard water or you are not using a water softener. The satin black color is very nice and seems durable. Very easy to see water stain if not wiped and dried right away. In terms of the angle of the shower head when using the standard hole most household have on the wall you will need to adjust accordingly. Very tricky to have the waterfall effect especially if the middle of the shower head is only 15.75" from the wall and therefore won't be a straight down waterfall effect. Usually with this kind of install, the pipes will come down from the ceiling to have more space for you to move around. Regardless, very nice product overall and really well packaged.
