Would give this zero if possible. We had this installed in our brand new master shower. Loved it for about a month or 2. Started seeing rust spots on the floor from it dripping after it was shut off. Visible rust started forming around the edges (all 4 sides) and making bigger rust spots. We thought maybe it was dissimilar metals causing corrosion. I checked our photos of the shower being built ( walls & ceiling still studs with plumbing running through.) Nope. All coper, all the way. My husband loved the shower and kept using it--and the water wasn't rusty when it was running normally, it must "pond" inside after shut off. (and yes, it is level.) After about 6 months or so the edges broke through on the sides closest to the glass on the exterior wall. It sprayed water all over the bathroom and rendered the shower head completely useless. We bought this while construction was underway--long before it was needed. We had already past the return date before it was even installed, so we are stuck, unable to return it. I looked to find another (better made) replacement that attaches the same way--or we will have to repair and repaint the whole ceiling since this thing screws into it at 4 points. We can't find anything like that, so there it sits-rusty and ugly in my pretty new bathroom and my brand new floor has rust stains in it that I cannot get out not matter what I have tried (and I tried a lot of things.) I don't recommend. After looking a long time everywhere to replace this shower head with no luck-- stupid me. I ordered another one of this same thing thinking (hoping) it had just been a fluke. It arrived Aug 14th--2 weeks and 2 days from the date of this review. Guess what? It's been installed for a mere 2 weeks--and is already leaving rust stains on my floor and the edges are rusting. Thank you amazon for standing behind me and returning my money on this purchase. Head my warning and runaway!! Make me sure you get necessary attachments to install it flat, if it’s fully flat it won’t spray evenly. If it’s like a 45 degrees water will come out only from the button half.Nice shower head, seemingly good quality, but our pressure from the feed valve is only 2.0 gpm (thanks CA regulations) and that pressure is not adequate to drive this monster. Also, it is too big and heavy for a typical on the wall pipe. We have a Hans Grohe 20" ceiling mount in the master bath, that is perfect. Get this if you have the pressure and can mount securely on the ceiling, it is much less costly than the HG.I have bought 4 rain heads on Amazon, they always go bad. This one performs excellent and I believe it will last slot longer.
